You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for the next shipment. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle only — charges that have already been processed cannot be reversed unless otherwise required by law.

If your payment card fails to process for a subsequent shipment, you agree that Purefemm may contact you to arrange for alternative payment.

10. Shipping

Accurate shipping address information is required. We are not responsible for late or missing shipments if incorrect address information is provided at checkout. Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@purefemmhealth.com prior to sending any items. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The following are non-refundable: (1) opened or used items, (2) shipping fees, (3) gift cards, and (4) subscription rebill orders (unless covered by the 100-Day Guarantee on first-time purchases).

Due to this automated and immediate processing, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or intercepted once placed. This applies to all order types, including first-time purchases, one-time orders, and subscription refill orders.

Order processing begins immediately upon successful payment authorization and cannot be reversed or modified after submission;
Purefemm is not obligated to cancel, hold, or delay any order once placed;
